Exercises For Your Stomach After Pregnancy

This Babyfit article has a good summary of exercises to do and how to do them after you deliver your baby and want to get your abdomen back into shape. Exercise/ Social Gathering: Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is an organized activity for new moms that is appearing in many locations around the country. It is a 50 minute class with a Power Walk and toning exercises. The best part is you don't have to worry about child care since you bring your baby and you meet other new moms. The classes are held outdoors, and indoors at malls when there is cold weather. The combination of getting back into shape and socializing with other new moms seems like a fun combination. Post if you have tried it!
