Metal particles were found in a Gentlease™ powder infant formula, so Mead Johnson has recalled one batch of Gentlease™ powder infant formula in 24 ounce cans, batch number BMJ19.

There have been no reported problems thus far. If the formula caused problems, you would know within 3-4 hours; so if you fed your infant this formula in the distant past, it is not a reason for concern.
