Useful Nutrition Tracking Site

Babyfit is an excellent free resource that helps you track the food you eat, your exercise schedule is a great way to stay on track and make sure you are getting the nutrition that you need. You enter your food and it lets you know the nutritional value of it and for the day. It stores it for you. Easy to do and lots of foods in the database. It creates a menu for you if you wish. It even prints out reports for the week to show you how you have been doing. You do have to register for it, but they haven't sent unsolicited emails.
